To God is thanksgiving due:
-
for allowing us entry into a new year, more time to serve, learn, repent, or praise;
-
for protection, patience, providence, and all the other “P” words of the alphabet ─ and for the whole alphabet;
-
for bringing us through one of the most difficult years in recent history.

¶ This has just been declared for MrM, and he alone, as the Year of Growth. Even an old man can grow, and it serves as a theme for teaching. Verse of the year: 1Peter 2.2.
¶ Making a list of books to read during the year. A few, half-read, to finish still, and new ones to pick up. Recommendations?
¶ The fellowship of the saints is a blessing. Marriage can be a marvelous relationship. It may be, however, that at some point in life faith will be reduced to you and God. Prepare for it.
