Signs of wear

  1. Bible bought a couple of years ago, with a rubberized sort of cover, is already showing signs of wear. Lesson: Buy leather-bound only.

  2. OK, so I use mine every day, all the time. Still. Bibles ought to be made for heavy use, not decoration.

  3. It almost makes me want to go digital. Almost, not quite. My notes already are. Because item no. 1 above.

  4. Today, 41 years of marriage. How has she put up with me all this time? Don’t answer that.

  5. Plans to make significant changes in magazine format, content in next issues, more writing on my part. Will it work?
